The new old school: New in our current form, but not new to this

Partspark is a new name, but it didn't come from nowhere. Behind the platform is a team that has spent decades in workshops and on factory floors, designing and manufacturing sheet metal parts of every kind. From a single custom bracket to thousands of components feeding a production line, we've cut, folded, welded and shipped it.

We call this the new old school. New, because the way we deliver parts has changed completely: upload a design, get an instant price, and have parts in production without waiting days for a manual quote. Old school, because the engineering judgement underneath hasn't changed at all. Knowing which grade of steel to specify, how a part will behave once it's folded, where a design will fight the tooling, and what makes a part cheap to make versus expensive to make, that only comes from having made the mistakes and learned from them.

Our background spans the full range of sheet metal work. We've made small brackets used in custom car modifications, where fit and finish matter as much as strength. We've engineered and supplied entire bracketry systems for elevators, where every component is safety-critical and tolerances are unforgiving. Between those extremes sits everything else: enclosures, mounts, frames, gussets and one-off prototypes for engineers solving real problems.
