Choose the right finish for your parts — from raw as-cut through to deburred and wet painted.
We currently offer three finish options for your sheet metal parts. Whether you need parts fast, clean edges, or a splash of colour, we have you covered.
Natural mill finish straight off the machine — fastest and most economical
Sharp edges and burrs removed for safe handling and a clean look
Liquid paint in your chosen colour for a finished, professional appearance
Parts are supplied straight off the laser cutter with no additional surface treatment. The natural mill finish of the material is retained — including any protective film on aluminium or the characteristic oxide surface on mild steel. The most economical and fastest option.
All sharp edges, burrs, and laser dross are manually removed after cutting. Parts are safe to handle and have a clean, consistent edge finish. Recommended for any parts that will be touched regularly or assembled by hand.
Liquid paint applied by spray gun, giving your parts a finished, coloured appearance. Suitable for a wide range of colours. Parts are deburred prior to painting as standard.
Note: Contact us with your colour requirements (RAL, Pantone, or a sample) and we'll confirm availability and lead time before ordering.
